Hello everyone, I need some help figuring out whether to get the vita or not. I have the money, and the system really appeals to me but I already have a PS3, and I dont plan on playing it outside to much. Just in different area's of the house and occasionally places. Would it be a waste of money? I really like it though. Also if yes, then what are some good launch titles you can recommend? Maybe also some games that are coming out soon. Thanks for any help.

If you have pickles in your house DO NOT get it. Trust me.

Otherwise, yes, I'd reccomend it. I love mine and I play it at home most of the time. Games like Uncharted, and Unit 13 are pretty good.

Agreed Pickles+Vitas=Bad

Otherwise it's a great console probably the best handheld ever. Get it!

Get it. Even if you can't find a game that appeals to you now, later the list will increase. And  even if you just move around your house, it is cool to sit somewhere else and almost have the same XP from the PS3. Especially when it comes to acquiring trophies.

to be honest man, i don't play much "outside" but more like destinations

having it portable is useful for many reasons, for example you can just grab it and go to a friend or relatives house with it and play there

i don't think it's a waste of money at all

As of now i would have to say, No. If you do get it now you'll end up paying $250-300 for a PS Vita to simply play PSP games like most of us now. For now the list of upcomming games for the year is sad to look at -_-

The top game/app people are using showen in Near of 35+ people has been NetFlix for the past 2 weeks now.

If you have the money, make the leap. $250-300 is very reasonable for what is essentially a PS3 in your palms. I play mostly at work, and love it.

Uncharted GA is awesome. It is a console experience in a portable. Other than that, there should be a title or two out there to fit your taste. Resistance will be a great title this spring, as will some other blockbusters such as COD and now I am hearing Bioshock. (Granted I am shooter fan).
