Sega sale problem

5 replies 225 views Edited Dec 25, 2012

Sega sale has the sega mega collection listed but it's at normal price.  According to Sega that item should be on sale, and it's listed in the PSN store under the sega sale and under all weekly sales but the price is normal. Anyone else notice this or have heard any responses about this from either Sony or Sega?

Here's a link to what you can find available in the Sega sale at both regular and Plus prices. Are you saying that you you have PlayStation Plus and the pricing isn't reflecting, or that you don't have Plus and the pricing is showing up as edited on normal? Either way, you should give Sony a call to see why the pricing isn't changing for you on the store.

Yeah, this:

Sega Mega Drive Collection, PSP$9.99$5.00$3.50

It's still normal price for everyone, but listed under sales on PSN. I assume it's listed @9.99 for you as well?

Also noticed this on that Sega link you gave me:

Thanks for the sale, SEGA and happy holidays but a quick notice.

I see on the list that the Mega Drive/Genesis Collecton is supposed to be on sale in the US PSN store. If you look on the store, it’s still going for $9.99?

Please fix this, SEGA. I already have a physical copy on PSP, and just want a digital on for the Vita. Thanks again

Didn't really feel like sitting on the phone today, was hoping they would have figured this out by now... Any other way to pass this along?

Well, just sat on the phone and got in touch with Sony. Their answer is apparently "it is what it is, it might fix itself and if not you'll have to pay full price." A Typical there is no problem/ pass the buck response.

They wouldn't even acknowledge it should be on sale.

SEGA Holiday Sale – Sonic 4: Ep1 & 2 Full game (Bundle)
