I won't be saying good-bye. The announcment that the PS4 won't support 3D Blu Ray and CDs means the PS3 will still be my central media hub.

Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida has said the PS4 does not support 3D Blu-rays - at launch.

The last part is very important.

I'll be unhooking my ps3 in the morning and putting it up to make place for my ps4. I will still have it when I decide to finish up farcry 3, tomb raider, & God of War Ascension.

That is what I am refering to.  I wont keep my PS3 locked in the closet forever is just that until the games that wont be on PS4 come I wont play with it.  I love it hehe.  I will play it when we get the games but for now I dont think I will play with it.  So many memories.  Tonight I will play for the last time and then I will unplug it and put it away to make room for PS4 tomorrow which is the other reason to put away my PS3 I dont have enough space for both.

I'm  with you. I just bought 4 new PS3 games last night! 300 new games coming to PS3 in the upcoming months. I think it will have an een longer life cycle than the PS2! PS3+PS4+Vita=happy family!
