SONY FAIL

50 replies 818 views Edited Dec 1, 2013

So much for a next gen system....

1. No DLNA support

2. No BLUE TOOTH support

3. failure to launch MANY advertised titles

4. Multiple error failures

I have been a SONY fan and supporter for a very long time, and have spent A LOT of money with SONY, I understand launching a system there is a lot involved and there will be bugs BUT C'MON supposedly being a "Next Gen"console and your PS3 does way more is quite sad.....trying to be patient here....but losing faith......

it does suck going from "it only does everything" with the ps3 to PS4, but I Guess they are supposed to be patching some of that stuff in.

All of this was known before launch.  Why buy the PS4 in the first place?  My advice is to sell it, make a profit, and then buy one once all the issues are ironed out.  Launch is just not for the weak....

1. No DLNA support - IS COMING.

2. No BLUE TOOTH support - SUPPORT FOR HEADSETS IS COMING.  The DS4 connects via Bluetooth, so the PS4 DOES support Bluetooth.

3. failure to launch MANY advertised titles - No console has ever launched with as many games as are available (many for free) as the PS4.

4. Multiple error failures - Sony reports a hardware failure rate of less than 0.5%.  As for PSN errors, the PS4 launched in Europe on Friday.  The errors and slow network response was expected for the first 48-72 hours.  Sony has stated the network will be back to normal by Tuesday.

Sony's mission was to get a GAME CONSOLE on the market.  That mission was successful.  Many of the other non-gaming features were not listed as launch-ready.

Seriously how many freaking trolls are going to flood our forums with idiotic threads about stuff that has been known about LONG before the PS4 launched? Seriously, trolls go elsewhere, you are not welcome here.troll.jpg
