With PlayStation Now Beta invites going out, we are being granted the opportunity to try out a service before anyone else. This is a great experience for us fans of PlayStation. However, there are some stipulations.
PlayStation Now is under a non-disclosure agreement. That means that you are not allowed t discuss this service with anyone not involved in the beta testing of PlayStation Now. This agreement is set in place for a few reasons: for one, what we will be seeing in PlayStation Now is most likely not what will be seen when the service goes officially live for anyone to use. Also, keeping details of PlayStation Now only within the confines of the parties involved allows Sony's competition to receive as little information as possible.
So when testing PlayStation Now, please do avoid posting videos, audio, images, or text-based comments on the Internet. Believe it or not, Sony CAN track your SEN/PSN ID and perform any consequences to your actions. These repercussions can range from PlayStation Network suspension, bans, and even lawsuits.
Please be nice

Maybe i should just call Sony and find out why i never got it. I mean really why send out an email asking me to take part in it, tell me to fill out the little info, and then say i will get an email with the beta code in the next few days..... IF YOU AINT GONNA SEND IT..... smh.
This is the first time ive ever been invited to join a beta test, and never received the code to be able to access the test lol
