if i got a code regarding the playstation network being busy or down, and i have had that code preventing me from singing in the psn for days now,

theres nothing i cant do? cause how can it be so busy for days? no one seems to be having my same problem.

could it be because im outside the US? ive never had this problem before.

I didn't see error 8001000A on the list, and I would like to know what it exactly is and why my PS3 cannot connect to the internet anymore. Thanks!

I just had a 8002A201, it's not in your list. All I did was startup Home like usual, message of the day didn't even have time to show up.

Nice job on the error code guide but think of putting the other error codes too: G-1, G-13, G-35, etc.
