me too! theres some issue going on, i want to buy plus but keep getting that same message. other posts going back to 08 i have seen here all say that eventually the error code goes away but theres no explanation

Ok. So I tried a workaround by adding funds to my wallet and then purchasing. I then got the message that funds could not be added to my acct. Which is weird because I am sure I purchased something within the last month. So.... I double checked my credit card information and my credit card was expired on my acct. I just updated it and viola! I am now a subscriber.
