Anyone else having this minor issue.  My screen size in DVDs, games, BD, HDTV, etc are all fine, however, when I enter the Playstation store it appears I'm losing about 1 inch around the perimeter of the screen (almost like it is stretched out).  This is extremely weird.   FYI - the PS3 web browser is displaying fine it is only the PS store (all other functionality within the store is fine).

If it was a PS3 hardware issue all my images would be expanded beyond the screen size.

yes i have that same problem...even when listening to music...a part of it is cut off....i assume you are using dvi or component...what i did was set my tv to 480p...and i tossed in a blue ray movie..and it goes to 1080i...and also resistance..changed resolution

I'm using component cables.  I'm having no issues with changing the res. from 480p, 720p or 1080i in any format; it only pertains to when I go in the Playstation STORE.  I'm figuring it is the result of the firmware update as the 1.0 ver. looked different per various screenshots I've seen.  Probably a resolution feed problem that effects certain HDTVs.  I even have the issue when using lowly composite cables (had to test all angles).  In the internet browser section there is a option for changing the view size, they will probably add that next update to the STORE.

Thanks for the input anyway.  Are you still having issues when listening to music and the PS store??? or did you fix it by doing what you mentioned above?
