whats going on Sony? ive had a gutfull of your crappy console! first it stopped me using the youtube app and nomal Youtube gets an "out of memory error" so it tells me there is a new app available in the store its a launch console and ive never been in the store yet so i got to go in then it tells me i need to do a software upgrade so im like ok no worries go to do it and it tells me if i do it i wont be able to use other O/S anymore which is a load of **bleep** because when you marketed the console that was one of the reasons i bought the **bleep** thing how dare you F#$cking take somthing you used to get people to buy it away then tell me i cant access the store unless i do so i think stuff it and do it now it wont let me in the store and is giving me this error everyone is complaing about it but i dont see any resolve form you guys at all so now the console is useless to me, im already **bleep** off that i cant play MKV files but this takes the cake! do you think im gonn buy a PS4 if your system is still buggy at the end of the PS3 life? WAKE UP SONY! a bit of bad publicity can do an aweful lot of damage to a company! 
think i might smash it with a hammer and upload it to youtube or something as well oh and after the upgrade the codecs were still the same crappy ones from 2006 i mean how hard is it to upgrade the codecs? its just Laziness on you're part and shows you dont care about your customers... im nearly 40 and when i was a Kid Sony was the best in quality and technology...oh how the might have fallen eh from a great company to installing illegal keyhole software onto your pc when you out a cd in...shame on you Sony! Shame! terrible company and a terrible system, i will say its been reliable but even with the several red rings ive had i still prefer the 360 anyday its a pity coz the PS3 had so much potential!
