I'm getting the same exact error code when I try to access the store or account management.

Edit: I also have PS+ if that makes a difference.

I am also getting it, and I get an error code for when I try to access account management. I DONT HAVE PLAYSTATION PLUS! lol

I've been getting it all day, it started this morning and I didn't have PS+. I was able to finally get in about 10 minutes ago and buy PS+, but now I'm getting it again. I'm guessing they're having network issues with so many people trying to buy and download all the content.

Ok please help me I"m at at the store trying to download playstation plus i keep getting this STUPID ERROR CODE 80023102.  I have been trying for the last few days since it became available.  Yesterday I called playstation and they said server overload, grrrr bullsh-t why should i have to keep waiting.  Is there a secret and something to getting this

I spoke to Playstation customer support last night at 8 pm. They told me that the Playstation Store is under repair. I've been trying to get access to the store since the release of Playstation Plus and I keep receieving the error message. Not just when I try to purchase Plus, but for anything else in the store. It's been over 72 hours and they have not fixed the store. Hopefully something will be done soon.

Been trying to get in the store to get the bloody new Maps for Black ops for good 2hrs

Keeps getin errors So Unprofessional from Playstation and Sony Can't even handle a little overload

If they were fixing it why put the new maps in the store and no one can purchase it, cept for few ppl that can.
