I am still waiting on mine. Address is correct and has been for the past 3 years. Reside on the East Coast. Are there people who still have not gotten their shirts and if so is there anyone to call or email in order to determine if it was shipped or not?

I was some of the first people in the rewards program, but under a different user name. And was an active participant.

Is there something I need to fill out or someone to contact to receive my shirt?

June 13th makes 8 weeks going into 9, I was wondering if anyone was still waiting for their shirt, like I am, I guess there are a few that havent made it out with all the network unpleasentness maybe?
