j/k - that is what folks post over at the official'ish blog site all the time when it comes to Sony short changing Canadians with various services (i.e. PSP Comics ...).

(This is my first post) I got the same bundle on christmas and I couldn't find my PS+ pass either, I live in toronto,canada btw. I need help.

Mine is the uncharted 3 bundle bought at ebgames in Calgary on boxing day - sans voucher too. Rather than waste vacation time on 1-800 line I finished the uncharted trilogy.
Am I missing something re plus? It hardly seems worth the effort.

Apologies for the issues that some are seeing with the voucher not being included. Again, as mentioned before, the path to take is to contact Sony CS and state the issue. They should be able to take care of you, if of course, you purchased a new PS3 with the UC3 Bundle that was to come with the PS Plus Trial.

Where did you purchase your UC3 PS3 bundle? At least in the limited sampling of this thread, it seems to primarily be a Canadian issue. I really curious more than anything else.
In my opinion, it stinks not getting what was advertised. Is 1 month of PS+ that big a deal? Probably not ... at least not in terms of raw value. As another poster above me said, they want the month of free PS+ service in order to use the cloud save feature to transfer save files.

No voucher in my package either... day 6 of waiting for sony to get me the code. i emailed all of my info and reciept and they still have yet to get back to me. it should only take 5 minutes over the phone to get a new code. does anyone else feel like they treat everyone that has an issue like their trying screw them over... seriously sony stop treating your customers like this. admit you screwed up and give me my code.
