I had the same problem.
Start a new game and then upload its save file to cloud. It should show apl your saves then.
Im guessing it just shows -/-mb in the place of cloud storage?
If so try the method mentioned above.

Got my PS3 back from Sony the other day (YLOD), anyway I had backed up all my games save data using PS PLUS, so today I go to play a game & it says no saved data, so i come out of the game & what you have to do is find the saved data for the game you want in your PLUS saves, then copy it, then you can start your game from where you left off.

Oh so basically you have to copy it off the cloud back on to the ps3?

I'm kind of bit confused about it. So I have to play a game and make new save and put it in cloud storage or what?

It's simple. You save things onto the cloud as a backup. Then when you're ready to use the backup you have to download the saves from the cloud in order to be able to use it.
