Playstation 4 Remote Play

4 replies 65 views Edited Jun 18, 2013

Will the playstation remote play feature for Vita only work with a digital copy on the HDD? Could it also worl if you were to leave a game disc in the system?  I'm wondering due the amount of space games take up on your harddrive, which would be a better option.

I believe it's supposed to work with discs.

They said ALL games are supported (except for PSEYE games) with Remote Play.

games that don't require motion controllers will work remote play.

HOWEVER, you are talking about hardrive space, and while it would be more convienent to get digital, and have multiple games to access at once, disc work fine, theyll save harddrive space, but youll have to switch them in to play them via remote play.

Its the same as remoting into a windows, linux or mac box.  Its a clever idea, which probably required very little effort.  I have a smartphone and an ipod, but I am tempted to get a ps vita primarily for the remote play.
