I am a little confused as to what the real PS4 color is. The pictures shown at the press conference presented the PS4 in 2 shades of black. Most of it looked like PS2 and then it had that one glossy part like the PS3. Problem is that the actual PS4 that was shown during the conference and behind the glass at E3, was gray with a black glossy part. The packaging box for PS4 shows a PS4 like the one in the pictures from the presentation and lists the color to be "Black". So will there be many different colors to choose from? or perhaps the model they showcased was some type of a prototype with incorrect colors? I have looked at these pictures many times and it is clear that the physical unit is gray not black.
The difference in shade is due to one part being the same glossy piano black as the Fat PS3's and then theres the matte/textured surface on the Slim.
Yeah I do agree, but on the pictures it looks like the PS2's plastic which was black. Then the physical one looks gray. Just look at the screens below and tell me that you don't see a difference. There are better pictures with more lightning where the gray is even more noticable. All I want to say is that I want it Black not Gray.
