I have spent all morning trying to explain this to another person, and I'll explain it for you here. The issue is being investigated by Sony and they will have a fix for it soon. Not everyone is experiencing this problem, BTW. Someone said that turning off automatic cloud data uploads and syncing cloud data manually instead may help, but that may not work for everyone. Again, the problem will be fixed in due time. Some errors take longer to be fixed than others. It's better that Sony has a fix that will stop the error for good rather than provide an immediate measure that will only work temporarily. I hope this information has helped you.
