Ok, I am now receiving community mails. I think it was just because I didn't have my mail set up properly with Apple Mail.

Although recetly I haven't seen any news letters from Sony or anything.

I'll let you guys know if and when I get one.

I have not received a single email from Sony so far this year. I have updated my profile. Set my email filter to receive Sony emails. Yet I still receive no emails from Sony unless I buy something and get a purchase conformation email. I am lucky there are no betas I want to get into now because Sony would never send me an email. My 70 year old mother can figure out how to send me an email, but the Sony corporation can't figure it out.

**Edit. This thread is from 2009. I am speaking to you from 3 years in the future, the year 2012. It only took Sony one year to figure out how to send emails to me. I started getting emails from Sony again back in 2010. Way to go Sony.

I only get my PSN purchases/PW or Email change no store up date or betas nothing like that.

I'm glad to see other people are having the same problem as me. I emailed sony a week or two ago and the email reply I got back was no help. They just told me to make sure I was using the right email address. What kind of help is that? I do have a second PSN account that DOES recieve the emails, but I never check that email as much, as it is not my primary email. So I guess you can add me to the list of people that do not recieve the email.
