PSP 3000 network help...

Okay so I did some adjusting to my router settings now my psp can find it, and it has the correct passwords and IDs, but when I try to connect it to the PS Store I get a message saying that the access point was not detected, that the signal of the access point may be weak or the SSID i entered my be wrong, I know it is correct, can anyone help?

This one is easy and I am not sure why nobody has posted an answer up to now. The PSP uses 802.11 B wifi it seems most of the modern wifi routers today don't use 802.11B. You might have to look for one you can use.
