I've come across an interesting article related to the error. It explains about its associations with the PlayStation 3 scare that we had awhile back about the system's internal clock affecting certain models. If you don't happen to pay attention to gaming news, definitely give the following article a read on how to correct the issue.

 

This guide involves backing up your game saves and deleting/restoring game data in order to reset the system manually. It's a problem with the clock, not the Internet.
