well,its been a week now and i still cant buy anything i've tried buying several diffrent things assasssins creed 2 dlc, themes, movies etc.... and i get the error message every time, i called in today they said it was due to people purchasing a new mw2 map pack overloading the server and told me to try again later. i asked if there was an expected date of things working properly again, and was told there isnt one.
so i guess we're S.O.O.L , it still lets me download the free stuff for some reason, doesnt make much sense for that to work and nothing else
I am receiving an invalid credit card error along with a few others. I made a thread of that here.
I just tried redeeming a $20.00 PSN card and it goes fine untiul it gets to the part that says do you want to use this card now? Yes-No...I press yes and I get good ol' error 80023103. I tried redeeming my card through PS3s PSN store as well as MediaGo and no luck. I really wanted to buy Deathspank too. Has anyone called support about this? I would except I still have PTSD from the last time.
Been trying for a week to get the Rock Band 2 songs but havent been able to add funds, Have tried everything but no go, different times of the day so the servers would be quiet, makes no difference. Sony have messed something up somewhere.
i think sony should give us all something for the inconvinence of not being able to buy anything. plus is absolutely useless if your unable to purchase anything. its a pain in the a#$ to even log into the store just to find out i'm still unable to add funds to my wallet. i'm especially unsatisfied with the lack of help from customer service after waiting to talk to someone for 20 min.. it just seems that they should have some clue of when it might be working right again, or at least a little more info on whats wrong.
I am still receiving the message and this is getting down right ridiculous. Sony is really dropping the ball on this issue and PS+ better still come with the extra 3 months when I finally get to purchase, although that looks like it won't be anytime in the foreseeable future.
man i'm so pissed off about this crap it's like sony isn't even acknowledging the problem. i've tried being patient and waiting for a response through email and they sent me a list of trouble shooting tips for entering my billing info... its like they didnt even read what i wrote, i have had my account for over 4 1/2 yrs and have never had a problem until now - its there **bleep** that isnt working ,not mine / idiots....
Yeah, this is starting to drive me crazy. Why isn't Sony saying anything about this?
And the crazy thing is, when I do searches about this, it seems to be a pretty old problem. This has been going on for years and nobody has found a fix. We're supposed to just sit around and wait until it fixes itself?
