PSN card problem

I have recently just bought a NA PSN card of 50 dollar worth, the code that the card provided me was not redeemable. I inputted the code again and also check with the retailer to have them check if it were activated and the code still remains invalid on my PSN. I mailed customer sevice and there was no reply due to me currently not being in NorthAmerica. I really dont know what I could do, please give me a solution on how to redeem my hard earned money.

Re: PSN card problem

After a few hours of wait I have finally recieved a reply from a good fellow from Playstaion, it seems like he'd be able to resolve my problem. Even if he couldnt my faith in PS has been restored by this Jon B. dude (Y)

Re: PSN card problem

I'm glad to hear they're going to try and solve your problem. I once bought a $20 PSN card at a 7-11. When I scratched the silver strip off the back to reveal the code, a few of the numbers came off with it.

I e-mailed customer service, but sadly there was nothing ever done about it and I was out $20.

If it were a $50 PSN card, I would have cried.

Re: PSN card problem

you should have called tech support. if you give them the numbers on the back in the bottom right corner they can look up the 12 digit code.
