I have bad news for you, bud. Not every network can use the IP address you posted, the IP address will be based off of the default gateway/router.
That's not really bad news, is it?
Whatever your router is, that's what you base your IP Address(es) on.
192.168.0.1 your IP addresses should follow 192.168.0.x
192.168.1.1, then 192.168.1.x
Even if your router is 192.168.0.254 your IP would still be 192.168.0.x.
