So, when I do the Network test on my PS3, it says everything passes but my email or password is incorrect which doesn't make sense since I am able to log into my account without problems. However, during the couple days that passed, upon logging into my account on my PS3, it said that password or email is incorrect and wouldn't let me sign in until I re-entered my password a second time which sounds very suspicious to me.
I would be extremely angry if someone is using (or attempting use) my account on some other electronic device but that still hasn't really been proven yet. My question is what exactly is going on here? I will try again to log into my account on my PS3 again later today but if the message for incorrect password/e-mail comes up again, I'm afraid that it will become a serious security concern.
If you're concerned that your account may have been compromised then I suggest you go to the Qriocity website & change your password, better safe than sorry huh, if howver your issue continues after doing this then the problem is related elsewhere.
Well it stopped saying incorrect log in and I don't have to sign in a second time since changing my password which is good. It still says e-mail or password failed because it's incorrect during the Network connection test but that has been like that for a while but doesn't really keep me offline on my PS3.
My PS3 just got hooked online around June so that was a little after the PSN started getting up and running again after that supposed hacking incident. I'm just glad it wasn't online before. Hopefully hacking stuff like that doesn't happen again.
