PSN Error - 8002AD23 :/

It's quite obvious to tell I'm not the only one getting this error, I've tried everything to fix it but it's been going on for the past few months, I have no idea what to do anymore. Everytime I attempt to play online on any game, or any user, It says an 'Error has occured and you have been signed out'. It's getting so irritating, I haven't been able to play online properly for about 3/4 months, maybe more. I've tried everything I've seen but still no luck :/

Same problem. At first I thought it was just one of those little things that would goe away after a while but I have had it for over a month. I can still play online games for pretty long usually but when it does happen it is really fucking annoying...

The sad part is that I can't find any solutions at all and have no idea what exactly is causing it.
