I agree, why wouldn't the All Star game DLC be included on the PSN download version?

So I'm interested in picking up the Doom 3 BFG pre-order but it's been a while since I've bought a full price game on the PSN store. I understand that the active PS3 systems limit has been lowered to 2 (understandable). However, I'm wondering how we tell if these new games coming out are able to be activated on 2 PS3s. Basically, can I purchase 1 copy and play online with my brother in the same house but different PS3?
Is there any indication of whether or not games allow multiple systems anymore? Thanks in advance for the reply.

I guess I just don’t understand the point of pre-ordering on the PSN if it’s not going to be a midnight release. If we have to wait until the whole store updates to get our game (like NBA2k13 tonight) I think for the most part it’s worth grabbing a hard copy from a retail store at their midnight release or early the next day. i mean i like the idea of saving a few extra dollars on the digital release (i’m a playstation plus member), but the time delay to wait for the store to update. then download the game. just seems a bit much. maybe i’m making a mountain out of a molehill, but is it so difficult to set the time for a single digital release to be 12:00am in different regions?
long story short i preordered thinking it was a decent deal and i would get to play as soon as i downloaded the game at midnight. now waiting impatiently for the store update to roll out (could be as late as 7pm eastern by some accounts of previous updates?)

You are 100% correct. I was told by Playstation customer service it could take as long as 3PM(PST) or 7PM(EST). Which makes the appeal of this DAY 1 thing minimal for those of us thinking aboudo paying for this again. Until there is changes to this ridiculous system i will never pre-order from PSN again. I'm extremely furious about this. Also, highly disappointed expecting my game already. I'm sticking with GameStop for now on.
