PSN DOWN AGAIN?????

Week long maintenance, then everything is up and running. Sign on recently and now I can't play online again receiving the same messages as I did last week. Anyone else have the same problem?

Trying to get on black ops 2. System tries to load but it gives you a message stating it is unable to connect to the servers go to this site to check the status. I go to the call of duty site,  as describedand,  it shows the servers for the PS3 are up and running. And check the PSN knowledge center and it was last updated on 1/22 and it says the network is running as well.
