^what he said. When me and my gf play online, they go cuckoo for cocoa puffs when she speaks. It gets so irritating (name calling, talking in a very immature manner) sometimes that I wouldn't mind knocking the wind out of them. I often read these reports and think to myself the same thing I think when we play, 'wow, people would really stoop to this level? what do they aim to achieve?'. Smh. If I was a chick, I would severly be pissed off. I mean, really, what if you decided to play along to get his information for your own nefarious purposes? The kid is really dumb. I would find his information and get the 'police' involved. People like this is going to make it worse for others when they implement rules to guard this kind of stupidity. I hope it all works out well for you and the situation resolves quickly as possible.

Kudos for use of the search function as well to find this thread instead of creating a new one. Unless you are the OP returning. Regardless, the stalking can be an issue.
Just keep reporting them, that is all you can do really. Unfortunately, you cannot, and did not I see, mention their name here in the Forum.
I have said you lodged many complaints about them, but sadly that is all you can do. If they become physically threatening to you, and act as if they will actually do you harm, you can always contact law enforcement about the issue. Cyber or not, menacing and threatening with intent to do harm is an actual crime. Remember to document all that you see, in any way you can.
I do not know hoe to do it, but some people are able to capture game footage, and have used it before to show stalking, trolling and spamming. I would not post any of it here, as it may be misconstrued, but you can use it if the authorities ever need to be involved.
As well, you can try and contact support directly here on the PSN Site. They may also be able to help you.
