PSN Android/iOS

I know there has been multiple threads about this but I haven't seen any helpful posts in over a year. I just was wondering if there is an official app or if any one has submitted an idea about this on http://share.blog.us.playstation.com/.

Re: PSN Android/iOS

The only thing I've found so far for my Sony tablet is an app in the Google Play store that let's me look at my trophies.  Haven't looked much further for anything else.

Re: PSN Android/iOS

Just saw one called "PSN Friends" - haven't tried it, though.

I just don't want to have to sign in with password if it isn't an official PlayStation App.

Re: PSN Android/iOS

Trying not to resurrect an older thread but here is my input...

There IS an Official Playstation app for Android. However, it is only available through the Play Store in the EU. There is no US release for officially. You can however, find it available for download using a Google search outside of the Play Store. You will not receive updates for the app if you "side-load" it this way and you must enable a feature within your Android security settings to enable you to install apps from other sources.

As for app available in the US in the Play Store now, I would recommend PS3 Trophies Pro for your phone & PS3 Trophies HD if you have a tablet. Both are by the same developer and have a feature rich interface, usability and a great online community for it directly thru the app. You do however have to use your PSN ID & password to receive the full benefit of all the features. I've been using the app myself for over 2 years and have had no issues with it or have a felt there's ever been a breach of security for my SOE information thru its use.

Hopefully this helps give you more information and maybe some more options you weren't aware of.
