SHOULD SONY ADJUST THE CUSTOMER APPRECIATION PROGRAM??
Like many other users, I purchased my PS3 during the week after PSN was shut down on April 20.
The free games are only available to PSN account holders who registered before the outage.
I think many who are in a similar situation will agree this condition is unfair; new users (those that purchased consoles during the outage) also had to endure the long wait times and inability to access PSN like everybody else.
Sony should consider this option.
So, in light of this post i checked the timeline and it was posted all over about the outage. your information wasnt potentially stolen, you had no investement in any of the laders or anything like that. So i think its very justified that gathering free games because i "just got mine". sucks yeah. but you have to realize the backlash of a call like that. Whats the cutoff date? is it the day it came? is it for anyone hat bought one in a certain time? No, i think the way its done is perfectly fair. I purchased a new PSP on the 28th... Im not getting free games for it life goes on.
Who made you bawss? BAWSS BAWSS BAWSS BAWSS BAWSS
no one i just know how o read and comprehend what im reading...
It is a Welcome BACK package that is being offered to customers that existed prior to the outage.
You bought your PS3 a week too late. There is no reason for Sony to welcome a new user BACK to a service they never had to begin with.
yea we should get free PSPlus im not new i just made newer accounts i realy been on the psn and ps3 since 2009 or 08
and i feel we still deserve the same other user get for being online since that long.
