That's nice and everything, but when are we getting MP3 and DLNA support?

Sony can say they forgot all they want, but the PS1, PS2 and PS3 all had MP3 support, they just want us to pay for their awful and expensive Music Unlimited service.

There's a difference between being a sheep and being a reasonable human being.  I choose to identify as the latter.

I've done that with earbuds, and found it uncomfortable.  I ended up using two splitters and an amplifier to to get music in the same headset I used for chat.  Pain in the rear, but, it works.

I have really big, over-the-ear headphones, and earbuds that don't jut out.  The discomfort came from the cords pulling.  The actual earbud didn't hurt at all.

@Grindhead_Jim

Buy an Astro Mixamp and you are all set for in game music. Further more, you are not limited to just the subpar media formats that consoles are always limited to. Rarely do I use in game music even this way though because not only is it distracting in multiplayer but it also takes away from from many games that rely on different music from their own score for an immersive experience.

Many of these features you guys want are coming as well. Would you have just rather had no console at all until the features could be added?
