also, the reason its EU only is because they have to compete with the "free fifa 14 with x1"
Yeah, I remember MS doing something similar in Japan for the 360. Trying to get some sales over there, and people in the US forums were pretty upset at the extreme savings they got vs. what we had to pay.
Kind of what happens with being dependable. My Wife is dependable at work, so they wouldn't give her Saturdays off (they're closed on Sundays). Kind of messed up if you ask me, but I understand. Always had to work from open (just before 8am) to after close (close at 5:30pm, works usually until 6pm, but sometimes later).
Other workers show up late on a regular basis (even when they have a start time of 9am), leave her to work during lunch instead of help so she can get one, and then leave right at closing time even if there is stuff to do, leaving her to help the Vets with surgeries, take Xrays, clean up, and she works the busiest days.
I told her back in June to quit on them, let them see what it's like to have the clinic run by flakes. She was doing the managers job while she was in I think it was Norway. Working 6 day a week, 70+ hours and they were asking if she'd clock out to avoid overtime. I told her she needed to stand up for herself.
Bosses are just now showing her they appreciate her after she told them she was upset about the way she was getting treated. Just gave her a $2.50 raise, and upped her vacation from 2 weeks per year to 4 weeks and a weeks sick pay.
We're like the dependable worker minus the raise at the end. It's time we stand up for ourselves.
I'd buy this deal in a second. Would be even cooler if the console was LE and had some sort of KZ: SF emblem or mod so you could tell it was from this deal. Same with the controller and maybe the PS4 Eye.
Also, along with the whole doing it to compete with MS in EU, I think it could also have to do with Killzone: SF's developer also being from EU. I'd think it might make for a sort of patriotic kind of bundle, that might sway some to wait for Sony's launch. My take on it.
