It's been six years to the day that the PlayStation 3 launched with a price tag many were unwilling to commit to. It's been six years since the PlayStation 3 had an entire gizmo caboodle strapping gamers into more than mere games. It's even been six years since the PlayStation 3 didn't catch onto the potency of everyone's wallets by filling up on amazing games from the start. About seventy-million sold in that amount of time is probably very good if you're comparing with the number one hardware competitor in the business right now.
considering that the system launched a year later than its competitors, with an insane price tag and still being the most expensive console on the market... i'd say yes very, very good.
only 30 million more to reach the ps2 sold # ??
Just think of how many people had to go out and buy another console because their xbox 360 failed. That just stacks the number for the 360.So Micro Suck really got to their 70 million the wrong way.As Sony just made a superior console and got there the right way.
5 units was mine. It dont mean Ps3 has more of a customer base. Alot of us bought multiple units. Everyone i know in life has multiple ps3s. My cousin has a 360 he got from the begining that hasnt red lighted him and he isnt as clean as me.
If 14million people bought 5 units each theres 70 million sold.
Red ring of death you say? Ill bet that didnt happen as much as people thought. Just like i never had to many issues with my ps3s cause i take care of them. When it did happen you guys pushed with all your mights to let it be known to everyone.
