schu70Thanks for your suggestion.
Here is a recap on what should be done:
First,
A) Assign IP address to PS3, instead of running DHCP.
B) Use correct DNS addresses (DNS provided by your ISP should work, in theory)
C) Try disabling WEP/WPA, etc. security, and start with no-security.
then,
1) Disable UPnP on Router (Under Administration / Management)
2) I will forward those ports as indicated on Support Knowledge Base to my PS3's IP address
3) I guess if I forward those ports, DMZ is not required. (Or should I still set DMZ as PS3 IP even with Port Forward?)
4) Lastly, try disabling Media Sharing...
WafflebirdThe information you provided is lengthy, but useful for new users, who are not experienced with port forwarding. If you tell them "forward ports" they would ask "how". So your information is very very good, portforward gave nice illustration and step by step info. At the end, it is same as schu's link to PSN Help site.
As I mentioned before, without doing any kind of forwarding, or changing anything on my router, it works flawlessly, but if there is any other computer connected to the router (wirelessly) PS3 will just drop the connection, and cause other laptop to drop as well...
So whenever I have to use my PS3, I just turn off my Laptop and use PS3. Again, that could have been due to port forwarding.
It is pretty slow like wafflebird said, but it is managable. I will try running bandwidth speed test and report back how slow it is. Then again, my connection is only 768 Kbps (Cheap Verizon DSL), but it is not as slow on my Laptop.
I will be back home tomorrow, hopefully, and will give all those solutions a try.
Regarding NAT, here is what I found in another topic:
NAT Type 1 - Directly connected to the modem.
NAT Type 2 - Connected to a Router with no problems
NAT Type 3 - Connected to a Router with interference.
Setting your PS3 to DMZ disables all interferences.

Then, there is also a way to give Priority to PS3 from router, which is described in this post:
