Hello-
I have had enough of this "BS" and am ready to get rid of this **bleep** thing! I used to swear by the PS3, and now, it's lucky I havent smashed it yet! The wireless keeps dropping connections, static or dynamic 20 feet from the **bleep** router!
I have called and tried every thing, (being a systems administrator) this is hardware related? all of my 6 unix servers, PC, and two laptops connect just fine wireless, I even tried shutting them all down, still no luck.
It used to work fine untill about two months ago, something in the updates? I dont know, if it does'nt get resolved soon, Im selling this junk and going another rout!
Get it together SONY! I was once a loyal customer, soon to move on....
A **bleep** off Customer!

Why not try to reset the modem and router...... have you not tried going wired?

If you read the boards firmware update 4.25 has made a lot of ps3s unusable included mine. So be patient or sell it?

He says he is a SysAdmin; if he didn't consider "all the posibilities" then he should go back to the drawing board.
@imagetek3d. If you troubleshooted your PS3 WLAN/LAN connection to find no viable solution then check this thread. You said your problem started around two months ago, Firmware 4.25 is not that old but still check this out.
