PS3 SUPER SLIM voltage overseas?

I'm going in busniese trip to Egypt for next 3 monthes, and over there the electrecity is on 220 v, My question is did the model CECH-4001B SUPER SLIM have dual voltage as ps3 slim or I should use a transformer , Plz I need a response as soon as posible.

That PS3 model has a universal power supply, you probably just need a adapter for the plug.

But when I called the playstation support centre they told me the Different information, And ask me to use a transformer from 120v to 220v. any specific information about this issue.

The support center probably told you that because the console is marked for a specific voltage.

If you go to this page of a PlayStation teardown for your model:

Under step 11 it verifies that the power supply is universal. You can use a transformer if you want, but it would be a waste of money if you have to buy one...
