Not all video games that support custom soundtracks work the same though. Some video games (like Bayonetta) will let you play songs simply by going into the XMB while others (like SSX) will only let you play songs if you set them up to play in the background during certain modes.

Your best bet is for the ps4 to play your own music on any game.
