I used to use an USB PC PS2 controller adapter (a Joystick with inputs for PS2 Controllers)
with my PS3. It worked pretty good but then there was an update that came out i did not even
used the joystick after the update and my PS3 got defective.. i repaired it.. and now that its fine i would like
to know if this Joysticks really affect the PS3 because i want to use it... So here is the adapter that i used.
I repeat it worked pretty fine.. i want to know if one of you guys have used
it? or if using one? Or if it really affects the system? Thank u i really appreciate your answers.

Have this exact same USB PS2 thingy for the Ps3.
It doesn't work at all with the new firmware. Which is a shame,
cause I would like to be able to use the Ps2 Dualshock 2s with the Ps3 at times,
especially if all the other controllers are used.
Yeah, the exact same ones. I think they are made in China and distributed all over Asia
and then redistributed elsewhere. They come with a CD driver right?
They won't work with the last firmware I tried it with, was 3.75.
And I think it started with firmware 3.50. That blocked all unlicensed 3rd party Ps3 controllers
from connecting to the Ps3's usb ports.
Tough luck I guess.
We gotta use the SONY ORIGINAL Dualshock 3's to play with the Ps3.
