Probably seems like a silly thing, but the concave analog sticks on the Six Axis controller bother my thumbs. I have small hands, so the convex sticks make using them uncomfortable. The 360 controller, with its concave sticks, is much more comfortable.

Are there any 3rd party PS3 controllers that have concave analog sticks like the 360's controller?

I was thinking the same thing, but what I am gonna do is use the ole dremel and sand down the sticks on one my old sixaxxis and see how it works, granted i will lose the little rubber covering but its a sacrifice i am willing to make LOL.

Thanks. The top one is too big for my hands, so it's out.

The second one does not support the motion sensing.

I saw these stick covers that look like they could mimic concavity...

I just don't know how to buy them.

I've seen something similar to the sticky ones at my local walmart (canada), not the same company as the ones from your website, and you only got 2, and there were around 5$. that was a while ago though... havent really payed any attention lately to see if they still had them.

Hi, if I were you I'd think about swapping your sticks for a pair of 360 ones, its fairly easy I just did the opposite and swapped ps sticks on to a 360 controller as I prefer the convex shape. there are some videos on youtube that would help you but basically the plastic sticks just pull off and push on (once the controller is opened) theres no soldering or anything like that involved you just need to be careful with the trigger buttons as they can be a pain if they come apart and you have to reassemble them but it wasn't that hard.

I'm glad I saw this thread.  I've been thinking the same thing!  I ended up buying the gelz covers and that helps a little.

Even the sticks are placed in the proper location.

They have these in stores also.

I have used the Geltabz and they are pretty good, but the problem with them is the PS3 sticks are slick so the tabs don't want to stay on even with adhesive and scoring sticks with a knife before application.  I may check out the controller the last poster put up with the offset sticks, as I prefer that layout.

Boreallis, if you find that the pads dont stick well to the sticks, get some 2 part epoxy for a permanent bond... no way they will slide off after that.

just an idea. Cheaper that a whole new controller.
