Many Playstation Users are familair with Party chat on PS3 where up to six users can join a chatroom and use cameras to video chat or use microphones to speak with one another, share pics, etc.
PS4 now released and it has the ability to live broadcast and users spectate, message, etc. Party chat also was carried over to PS4 as well and works really well!
PSVITA has Party chat but only voice and group messages. With the front camera, VITA should be given a repsective Video Chat feature. Skype may be an alternative to this but it doen't work across other PS Devices. If one was able to Join a Chatroom with a friend (who only has a PS3, amd you only a VITA) would more than likely be used quite more frequently! One cannot access your Camera via remote play like PSP and PS3 did in chatrooms with VITA.
Let us say you were going away, you couldn't take your PS3/PS4 with you(so you take VITA) and you normally get 4 or 5 friends to join in Video Chat to discuss strategies before joining a game, hangout, etc. VITA can use the front camera to stream video feed to PSN friends just as the PS Eye CAmera! Does anyone else agree that this Feature should be added to VITA?

Having more features is a bonus. But is it practical since the battery capacity of Vita 1k is just 'okay' only?
If Sony announce a new battery for Vita, you willl see me buying them just like a bigger MMC.
Of course having more features is a bonus. It is the same with any device. But Why wouldn't his be included/what's preventing them from adding this in a future update? They added 500 icon limit lol
Battery life is okay, but I doubt nobody will be using the vita off the charger for long Video chats.
You can send Pictures but they cannot be viewed.. It is sad but it is possible. Wer just need to make some noise. After all, they did add the ability to send voice messages with update 3.10 on Vita, so who is to say it can't be added
