So I had a PS Vita memory 4GB I bought a 32GB Card I syc my trophies then backup-ed the system on my PC then I closed the vita then put the new card then opened it and restore after it finish I can't find my trophies (on system but they appear on PSN) so I made many searched they said replay the game and it will appear again so I replayed the games but not all appears Just the downloaded games like,
Downloaded Games (Trophies appear after replaying):
Welcome Park (Game on any Vita System)
Jetpack Joy Ride
Games I own (Trophies didn't appear after replaying):
Uncharted: Golden Abyss
Resistance: Burning Skies
So what to do to get my trophies back ?
I recently had my Vita replaced due to a warranty issue and had the same issue. Simply popping in a game and starting it up isn't enough sometimes to get the trophy list to load. With Uncharted, I had to start a new game and play for a few minutes to get the trophy list to load (already have the platinum for it). Assassin's Creed Liberation, on the other hand, I just continued, played for a bit and the trophy list loaded (already have the platinum for it, as well).
They aren't lost. You sync'd them. You might want to get them back on local, that's different.
If you play one of the card games again, it should repopulate your local trophies, I know that my friend has Resistance Burning Skies and platinumed it June 2012. He's switched to a bigger card, and recently also had to rebuild the database. He put the Resistance card back in, started the game, and the trophies repopulated, FWIW
I just tested Raymond Origins. I hadn't played it since I started it, when I got 1 trophy, before Christmas when I switched out my card. So I put the game card in, started the game. Chose my save file, it loaded, I looked at my Trophies On PS Vita System this whole time. After I loaded my save file the Trophies popped in.
Try deleting the U13 bubble off your screen (which will delete all U13 data currently on your Vita), insert the card and let it reload. Start it up and it should reinstall the trophies to the Vita. After that, just restore your U13 data from your backup and you should be good.
Connect to your backup source (PC or PS3) and open content manager. Choose the appropriate operation in Content Manager (ie PC ---> PS Vita), and then on Applications. Your games should show up under this heading. Select Unit 13 and tap on Copy.
If Unit 13 is not listed, you'll need to back up to the device selection screen and select PS Vita ---> PC. Then go back to the Applications and select Unit 13 from the list and tap copy (this will back up your U13 data separately).
Of course, if you have a PS+ subscription, you can just use the cloud storage to move and copy things.
