Can someone tell me why any one wont's 10 to 15 year old games with 16 bit graphics and not at least Ps2 games on the Vita. Why Why for the life of me i don't understand why you wouldn't demand Ps2 games.

Just because you were born after the games we're wanting doesn't mean they don't hold a place in the hearts of the rest of us. Besides, in the case of Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon, both the JP and EU regions have those supported on their Vita device, and meanwhile, Sony of America has not ever considered putting those games on the Vita devices of those in the NA region. And I am not about to rebuy those games just to play them on one handheld.

I didn't read through 16 pages but wanted to say I can't wait for Legend of Dragoon, Final Fantasy V and Chrono Cross to work.

If you have a PS3, you can transfer over Chrono Cross and Legend of Dragoon. FFV, that's not happening unless you live in Europe.

Are you sure? I just tried transfering FFV over but it's not showing up in content manager. Actually none of my PS1 games are so maybe it's something on my end that's wrong.

Edit: I think I have to redownload my games since they were bought before the Vita came out.

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear. FF V is only available on the Vita in Europe and Japan, not in North America. But the other two games you've mentioned can be transferred using your PS3. I have Legend of Dragoon on my Vita now. I don't have Chrono Cross on my Vita yet because i still haven't finished Chrono trigger yet, but I know it works.
