I don't understand people.  Who has time to do stuff like that.  Oh god, I am so depressed.

I wake up, I lay on the couch, I go to class, I lay on the couch, I may do my homework at some point, I lay on the couch, I go to sleep, but not really and I play games till late, then I go to sleep.  So on and so forth.  And i say again, who has time for this crap, I do NOT!

People suck dude, I hope you do sue this SOB.

the only way he could have been hacked is by giving that guy his password, they guy prob told him that "hey i got the beta home i'll trade you it for a game" and he must have sent him his email and password. if this is true they guy should not have been givin his money back and not only banned the other guy but him as well. sony has already told everyone not to give out your password so it's his  fault. thats how i would have dont it, a no tolerance rule is the best way to take the problem head-on

Also I want to add, the money you stole was for me to buy a game on the PSN for my Nephew for Christmas. Instead I had nothing to get him. Thanks a lot man, thanks for ruining mine and his Christmas '07.

IDK why but that part really cracked me up.

geez only in america? whats that supposed to mean?  America has rules and laws to abide, this guy, like all **bleep**s that hack into computers, should do jail time.

There are two things one must know to access a PSN account 1. email address that you use to sign up with and 2. your password. People use the term "hack" way to loosley. What this person did was def wrong but it is more than likely that the OP neglected to protect his info.
Exactly!, I wouldn't call this a HACK at all. A hack would mean that the kid modified his PS3 in some way that allowed him to gain access to someone else's PS3 and retrieve save PSN account info. If this were the case, changing your password would not help at all, as he would be able to simply get the new one.
This seems like a simple Phishing victim.
