If you lost all your games (tragedy), and you only could spend $60.00 (assuming all games would still cost retail New Value), what game would you absolutely NEED to have again?  No timeline for release on games either.  All games ever made for PS3 are valid here.

What game is an absolutely MUST HAVE, that you would never want to lose?

I consider myself a shrewd buyer of games, and spend my money as wisely as possible.  What game should I definitely get into?

For me it would be Assassins Creed 2

I would buy a car (yes people sell working cars for under $60) then sell it for parts. I'd repeat the process until I have enough money to replace it all.

The absolute #1 must-have on the PlayStation 3 is Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Single-player-only, Drake has a wild cast of characters to get to know. Puzzles, cover-based gunplay, and great storytelling made this a triumph for the system. It was without question the game you needed a PlayStation 3 for back in 2007.

I have heard nothing but great reviews of Uncharted, all of them.  Looks great in the screen shots and commercials too.  I will definitely have to pick one or all of them up.  Drake's Fortune for sure though?  Are the subsequent sequels worth a shot?

Additionally, which is believed to be the better of the two apocalyptic games?

Do you mean I am Alive its already out on Psn if thats the one your are looking for very cool game btw.

Uncharted's sequels are really good in their own way, but they do little to evolve the gameplay mechanics. The story progresses further though, so at least there's that.
