Well, I accidentally bought Madden 13 off the PSN store, I was intending to buy it, but using my PSN card. I waited for the screen to prompt me to add funds to my wallet, but instead, it added those funds straight from my credit card. Anyone think Sony would be willing to give a refund and let me buy it using my PSN card?

Welcome to the PlayStation Communtiy.

All sales from the PlayStation Store are considered final, so I doubt very much if you'll get a refund, you could try calling customer service to see if they'll help you out but like I said I doubt it.

I say add the PSN card to your account. From there you can call Sony and possibly have them remove the funds from your wallet and refund your CC.

I DO want the game, I just don't want the purchase deducted off my credit card, but instead off my PSN card. It's not like Sony have anything to lose.

You can call Sony PlayStation Support at (800) 345-SONY. This is the same phone number as (800) 345-7669. See what Sony says.

For future reference: You cannot enter a PSN Card code during a purchase.  You must use the Redeem Codes function to add funds to your wallet from a PSN card PRIOR to making your purchase.
