Add a couple more of the 2 plug adapters and your set for life. I love this thing. I swear to all things technology i get better connections then directly to modem 0.o. Also the newer your home (if done by code) the better off you'll be! (homes built when electricty was first being put in homes may experience trouble!!!)
Best investment any one of us can make! I agree with you though. Please allow 2.4 with the OPTION of 5GHZ.

Gray, I suggest you read the above links and do a bit of internet research so you can educate yourself about interference.
Unfortunately, you don't quite understand what they mean.
Let's say someone is using a 2.4 ghz network and their router is set to broadcast at channel 11, then your neighbour in an apartment building is on channel 11, as well as every other person in range, channel 11 will be clogged and will cause issues with yours. That's what everyone means when they say "clogging up the 2.4ghz network.
Less people tend to use the 5ghz network, so there is less of a chance of conflicting signals/channels.
They need to do more than add 5ghz to their network setup. I have my xbox one and ps4 side by side on my table. On the x1 checking network shows i have a 120Mbps line but on the ps4 it says i have a 356Kbps line. Plus i can download a 40+GB game on x1 at less than half the time it takes to download a 20gb game on PSN.
