NBA Jam on Fire Edition is suppose to be a really good game. It scored 9/10 on IGN. It seems worth playing. Nice way to start the new year!

If I wanted to judge a game by ratings, I would be more inclined to point out the metacritic score is 81 (based on 16 reviews), while the user score is 6.9 (based on 13 reviews).

I'm seriously disappointed in this offering.  If anything, this should be an extra bonus or some such, not a featured game.  If nothing else, I guess I will watch the credits for a free trophy ...

We are unlikely going to get Mortal Kombat for the PS3, since that was just recently discounted.

As far as fighters are concerned, we only had 3 of them over the last 6 months, IMO that isn't excessive, as some people are suggesting...
