Hello there people.. Noob here

I'M currently residing in japan, and I don't know if I can buy games on the US PS store

so I don't know if I'm gonna buy PS3 console here, please help guys,

Im not sure about Japanese accounts but Im sure some1 will be able to help you.

I have heard people in US having japanese accounts. But I think the discs have like some region restricted thing on them.

is it possible to download US games even if I'm here?

I'm already given up on english disc games, coz I really haven't seen ps3 disc game store that sells english versions.

Now I'm looking forward to buy and download games in the US PS Store...

It is possible.
I lived in the Philippines and as long as you have created a US account, you can download PSN games from the account which was created.

I had to create an Asian account since, the codes that is given to you only works at that specific area. If you noticed that the codes weren't working, you should ask the game store. They are pretty knowledgeable of the answers, at least the store that I went was.
