Yes it's easy enough just to say the excuse "just be patient it will get better". But once again Sony if it ain't broken then why bother replacing it with this mess.. They seem to think that adding a bunch of advertisement pictures that takup space will make them somehow want to buy it... if I'm going on PSN store I already know what I'm going to buy and I don't need all this paointless advertising for DLC... Weell it ain't gonna get better for Sony just look at their sales numbers and issues this past year!!! Anyone agree?
Who cares if you like the new Store you don't have to go around preaching the benefits of it when you an obviously tell there are many people frustrated...also who gives a *Beep* if he swears you're not a five year old seriously grow up. If you find a counter example as to why you like the store good write a post on how it benefits just don't go around telling people their right or wrong and not to swear.
It just locked up my PS3. This store runs incredibly slow each and every time I launch it, and it always seemed like it would lock it up, but wow...
Did they test this thing? What the hell were they thinking?
You control 100% of the hardware and software base for the sales vehicle you are trying to develop for. How did you manage to make a thing that cannot scroll down through a page that aims to make me look at six pieces of merch without acting disturbingly similar to my stepmom's laptop with a million viruses duking it out to sell her Viagra and "antivirus" software?
Hire some dev's that know what they are doing, and fire the QA people that signed off on this new store.
Some dude that wants to buy things from you.
I just clicked the Games tab. A ton of movies showed up. Seriously, Sony, the new store is fail in every way. It takes forever to load, I hate the giant pictures everywheret hat are 99% of the time completely unrelated to what I'm looking for, I hate the stupid on-screen keyboard because now I can't use my USB keyboard to type in search parameters anymore, and the predictive results thing is slower than 10 Christmases. If your plan was to make the crappy Xbox store layout look good by comparison, good job, you succeeded beyond your wildest dreams.
See, this is why I do 95% of my gaming on PC now.
Sony really needs to address this. I want to have a nice and clean and easy shopping experience online and not become fustrated while trying to buy and browse titles and DLC. It's a very overly complex design for a game store. The older layout was much more pleasing.
