I have been banned/suspended on PSN but have not been provided for my punishment.
I would like to know a reason why i have banned/suspended and the length of my punishment so i can work on my conduct and provide any necesary help for PSN to make a fair assesment!

I would remove you email address from the post. Tons of spam bots search forums for email addresses.
Check your bulk/spam mail for the email. You will get one stating what you did and for how long. You could also call support or chat. There is a link at the bottom of the page that says "Contacting Support".

Just to reiterate, I am yet to recieve an email from PS explaining why :/
The email is usually received 48-72 hours after the ban/suspension goes into effect, be patient & wait for the email, the email will also explain the reasons & length of the ban/suspension.
Just so you know the decision by Sony to ban/suspend someone is not taken lightly & it is done after an investigation, mistakes do happen sometimes & if once you are aware of the reasons & you're not happy please feel free to contact Sony about this, but you should know that there will usually be a good reason for their decision.

I cant think what ive done wrong though? The only thing i may have done is this guy tried to scam me on UT so i told him where to go, but i have video evidence that i was in no way in the wrong.
