I had a blast as always this year at PAX East 2014.
The event started with a Pre-Pax event hosted by Cloud Imperium Games, Roberts Space Industries: Star Citizen
This was also the year The Playstation World Wide Studios came to Pax with Community Managers from many different games and a few different countries...more on that in an upcoming Blog post.

*storymode is broken, seems you have to be logged into a photobucket account so I just added the pics.
Nice! I wish I could make it. Star Citezen looked awesome. Were you able to play it? If so, did you like it?
Also, there was another game I kept under my radar called Kingdom Come. Were you able to see any game by that name there by any chance? If not, I guess E3 will show it.
Yes, I played the Dog Fighting module V1 at the Logitec booth. It was mostly just for flying around and seeing how pretty it is....it's real perrrrrtty! They had the shields bumped way up for the show floor so it was really hard to kill an AI or get killed.
The Devs answered a lot of questions and were very nice. They will be answering many of the common questions they recieved at PAX in a future update so everyone will get the message.
As for other games one highlight for me was seeing the latest build of Transistor
It was a good demo and left me wanting more!
Did you see a guy with a Mario hat?
I saw a bunch, haha. It was awesome meeting you Scott at the event and we'll be seeing eachother again at E3!
Your pictures still aren't loading on Photobucket, unfortunately.
Sorry for the pic issues.
I also wanted to comment on another project from Spearhead games. It's technicaly not a "real game" yet but an open development process currently known as "Project Cypher"
It's positioning itself to be an esport game similar to soccer but with a twist using some of the physics properties they used in thier game Tiny Brains.
The development process is being streamed almost daily on twitch.
Thier subscibers can submit a request for a free steam code to play along while it's in development.
Be sure to check it out and tell them NO_FEAR sent you!
